Our Approach

Chiropractic care across the lifespan

Chiropractic focuses on how the spine, pelvis, joints and nervous system work together to support movement, balance and overall quality of life.

Over time — through pregnancy, birth, growth, work, injuries, sport and ageing — joints may lose mobility and the body begins to compensate. These compensations can lead to chronic pain, stiffness, reduced balance and decreased confidence in movement.

Through specific techniques, chiropractic care aims to restore healthy movement, reduce strain on the nervous system, and support the body’s natural ability to adapt and function.

Modalities & Techniques used in Practice

Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT)

A gentle, structured chiropractic approach focusing on the relationship between the pelvis, spine and nervous system. SOT aims to improve balance and coordination within the body and is well suited to pregnancy, paediatric and elderly patients.

Subtle, hands-on techniques that work with the natural rhythms of the nervous system. These techniques are commonly used for babies, children and adults who need a very gentle approach, helping reduce tension and support nervous system regulation.

Precise, gentle techniques designed to improve joint movement without forceful manipulation. Always adapted for comfort, safety and the individual.

Hands-on techniques used to release muscle tension, improve circulation and support better movement patterns.

Simple, practical advice and exercises to support treatment outcomes, improve strength and mobility, and help patients stay active and confident in their bodies.
